Cornavirus, COVID-19 Update
ornavirus, COVID-19 Update
We know you have the concerns about the current coronavirus situation, and how this affects your holiday home ownership at Haven.
Our Haven parks are in coastal locations where we help owners to enjoy a breath of fresh air, and we remain confident that they are some of the safest places in the country. However, we also recognise that by welcoming holidaymakers every Friday and Monday we are encouraging large numbers of people to travel at a time when the advice is becoming increasingly clear that people should remain in one place.
We have, therefore taken the decision that we will remain open for you, our owners, to come and spend time in your holiday home, but we have also taken the incredibly difficult decision to no longer provide the holiday breaks for the period from Friday 20 March until 16 April.
During this time, we will do everything we can to keep our supermarkets open, allowing you to purchase food and drink, to be consumed in your holiday home. Your park teams will be on hand to help.
We realise a number of owners privately let their holiday homes. Please ensure this information is passed onto your guests who are due to stay in your holiday home during this period. If you have guests in your holiday home currently please make them aware they will need to leave the park tomorrow, Friday 20 March. Also, please let your owners team on park know if you let you holiday home privately so we can further support you.
We understand you might have several questions particularly around the impact of this situation on your site fees, and we can assure you we are currently working through what this means for you. We will be in touch as soon as we possibly can.
As we are sure you will appreciate, we are receiving extremely high volumes of calls, emails and social media enquiries, if you do need to get in touch, we would appreciate your patience at this difficult time.

Cornavirus, COVID-19 Update
In light of the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, we would like to clarify our position.
At the present time, all our parks will remain open for the entire 2020 season.
As you know, our parks are located in beautiful locations on or close to the coast, set in many acres of countryside, providing thousands of owners and their friends and family an opportunity to holiday with us and get a breath of fresh air.
Our current plans are that our shops and supermarkets will continue to operate as normal, allowing owners and their guests to purchase food and drink, to be consumed in their holiday home.
However, given the most recent Government advice on Coronavirus (Covid-19), the safety and security of our owners and team are our priority and as such, we will be making some changes to the facilities that are available in our central complexes. We will be operating a reduced offer, which at this time means there will be no availability of our Showbars, Arcades, Restaurants, Pubs and Bars, this includes Owner Lounges. This is to ensure we comply with the most recent Government advice on social distancing and there will be no compromise in our efforts to protect the safety of our guests and our team.
As far as our remaining facilities are concerned, we plan to operate as much of our existing activities and leisure offering as we are able to, as well as all our takeaway food outlets, in line with the most recent Government advice.
Private Letting Owners
If you are an owner who lets their holiday home privately, your guests will receive free passes due to the reduced facilities we are currently offering. Please ensure this information about the facilities is passed on to your guests. Any private guests who have already purchased passes will receive a full refund.
Finally, we find ourselves in unprecedented times, thank you very much for your patience whilst we work through all the implications.
As and when the Government updates its advice, we will update our position accordingly.
